Our Team



Rachel Lewin 

Is a mindfulness educator and consultant. She has certificates in Mindfulness Facilitation from UCLA’s Mindful Awareness Research Center and Mindful School’s Year Long Certification program. Rachel is sensitive to the unique, present moment experiences of adults and youth. She is attuned to organizational cultures and their dynamics of change. Rachel fosters ease, joy, and wonder for each individual and group in the creation of a mindful life. She facilitates mindful awareness and meditation sessions bringing all participants to inhabit their minds and hearts fully. 


Joy Baum

Is a contemplative educator and counselor. She teaches meditation in the Hudson Valley and coordinates workshops and talks for Tergar International. She consults, educates, and coaches students for The City University of New York in their studies of the Arts in Education. Joy is a weaver and photographer. She is adept at guiding and supporting others as they uncover and integrate their creative skills while building new perspective. Joy facilitates and teaches meditative awareness and contemplative photography within the workshop experiences.
